P.S. The line "...see the temp rising into the 80's..." is kinda funny this summer in North TX. It hasn't dropped below 85, even overnight or just before sunrise, in a couple of months. The heat just 'broke' this week. Most of the summer, the coolant would be 85 or even 90+ prior to startup. Even at 5 AM

Winter, of course, this 80 deg rule still applies, and all of my times mentioned above would be a lot longer.
